The program will hand over 3,250
lanterns and safety bags to children who are under difficult circumstances,
orphans, ethnic minority groups, living in remote areas in the districts of Ham
Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam, Bac Binh, and lockdown areas in the province.

online program “Mid-Autumn Festival” will be held and live-streamed on the fan
