BTO- To bring the best moment and a meaningful Mid-Autumn night for disadvantaged children affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the provincial youth union has observed a program, entitled “Lanterns spread the love”.

The program will hand over 3,250 lanterns and safety bags to children who are under difficult circumstances, orphans, ethnic minority groups, living in remote areas in the districts of Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam, Bac Binh, and lockdown areas in the province.
Such a wonderful program will be deployed from September 18th-20th, 2021. Remarkably, at 7:00 PM on September 21st, falling on the Lunar August 15th, an online program “Mid-Autumn Festival” will be held and live-streamed on the fan page of the provincial HCYU. A variety of interesting and special art shows will be performed by talented students. It also broadcasts the images of children in quarantine areas enjoying the festival.
