Ly Kim Thao crowned Miss Vietnam Tourism Global 2021

The grand finale of Miss Vietnam Tourism Global 2021 was held on Saturday night (May 21) in Phan Thiet city –Binh Thuan province with the coronation of Ly Kim Thao from Bac Lieu province). The first runner-up is Tran Tuyet Mai (Hai Phong) and the second runner-up is Tran Thu Ha (Nam Dinh).

Reportedly, Ly Kim Thao finished ahead of other 29 contestants to win the title of Miss Vietnam Tourism Global 2021 and receive a crown worth VND 3 billion and a jewelry set worth VND 300 million. The contest’s jury consisted of People’s artist Le Khanh, Miss Phuong Khanh (Miss Earth 2018), Miss Diem Huong (Miss Vietnam World 2010, Miss Lai Huong Thao (Miss Supranational Vietnam 2012, Designer Pham Nhat Huy, Mc Phan Anh. The organizers also sellected outstanding contestants for sub-prizes.

According to Mr. Pham Duy Khanh-head of the organization board of Miss Vietnam Tourism Global 2021, the contest is expected to contribute to promoting Binh Thuan tourism in particular and Vietnam Tourism in general, with a view to boost thr recovery of tourism industry after a long hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Apart from impressive performance of 30 contestants, the coronation event also included aspecial show of famous singers in Viet Nam, such as: My Tam, St Son Thach, Duong Hoang Yen, music group For7, as well as artists from Bien Xanh music & dance troupe of Binh Thuan province.
