Phan Thiet’s fish salad, cobia fish hotpot recognized as Vietnamese specialities

BTO-The Vietnam Records Organization (Vietkings) has just launched a decision to select fish salad and cobia fish hotspot -2 popular dishes of Binh Thuan province into the list of Vietnam’s Top food specialities.

Instant processed goby fish and Ca Den fish sauce have been listed among Vietnam’s 100 specialty gifts (2021-2022). Those recognized specialities are widely presented and promoted on webpages of Vietkings, Top Vietnam, VietWorld and other communication channels.

Apart from attractive natural landscapes nice beaches, Binh Thuan also provides visitors with many rustic dishes, delicious seafood imbued with coastal characteristics. Specifically, fish salad and cobia fish hotspot are considered as the most popular seafood in the locality. It is easy to find those foods in seafood restaurants in Binh Thuan.

Binh Thuan: Seafood catches hit 22,245 tons in July

BTO – According to the department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the volume of seafood exploitation in July 2016 reached an approximate of 22,245 tons, seven-month accumulation of 105,978 tons, making up 53.5 percent of the year plan of 198,200 tons. Thanks to favorable weather, the local fishing activity has triggered normally but at low efficiency due to less fishes.
