Nearly 600 volunteers join in “Supporting the exam season 2020”

Accordingly, voluntary students are taking part in supporting activities in favour of candidates and their relatives before and during the exam (July 25-August 10) at 26  exam venues in the province. In which, peak time falls on the period between August 8 and 10. Specifically, groups of volunteers take responsibilities for picking up candidates at their accommodations then take them to the exam venues and vice versa; looking for small restaurants that sale food and drinks with cheap prices. Volunteers also cooperate with functional agencies in ensuring security and traffic safety at exam venues.

The provincial Ho Chi minh Communist Youth Union branch has set up a facebook fan page ”tiep suc mua thi cap tinh” and hotline 0933.390.772 to receive information from candidates and assistance from organizations and individuals.

In addition, the unit has partnered with functional agenices to establish 7 voluntary groups (each group consists of 10-15 members) to give direct support to 1 high school in Phu Quy island district and 6 high schools in Phan Thiet city (Tran Hung Dao gifted high school, Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Trinh, Phan Thiet, Le Loi, Bui Thi Xuan)
