Hundreds of health insurance cards offered to needy people in Bac Binh district

BTO –The provincial Red Cross Society of Binh Thuan province on February 22 granted health insurance cards to 486 people who are in difficult circumstances and people of ethnic minorities in Bac Binh district.
Among those health insurance cards, which are financed by the Tam Nguyen Viet Foundation (Ho Chi Minh city), 200 cards were given to poor people in Phan Hiep commune, 202 ones were provided for people in Phan Thanh commune and 84 cards for people in Song Luy commune.
According to Mrs Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan-chairwoman of the provincial Red Cross Society, the program offered health insurance cards to poor people, with the sponsorship of Tam Nguyen Viet Foundation, has been implemented in Binh Thuan for many years , contributing to giving timely support to poor students and poor households who have been affected by the Covie-19 pandemic.
